Universal Slideformer Machine

We design and produce Universal Slideformer & Sawing Machine used for producing concrete elements such as **Hollow Square Piles - patented process**, Hollow Core Slabs for Floors (60~120mm; 150~400mm) & Walls (60~80mm), T-beams, I-shaped Piles, and other possible shapes as required by customer. The **Hollow Square Pile** production is the latest of its kind in the world as piles can now be machine-formed instead of the conventional casting in steel moulds. As a result, much cost savings of 25~40% can be achieved depending on the pile size, not to mention the many advantages that can be realised such as higher strength, lower labour cost of production, lower transportation cost, flexibility in utilising the machine and using less production space by comparison, and last but not least, much savings due to lesser materials being used and hence more environmental friendly too.
